It also has a high level of antioxidant to help fight against free radicals. Mango is a low calories fruit, so you can put it in your diet menu without feeling worry. Consuming mangoes can help relieve acnes, because it has beta-carotene which the body converses to vitamin A and beneficial to fight acnes.
